    Excellent for those who want to learn how to live a healthy life

    I initially bought this book because I'm crazy about CrossFit and the events were so cool!!!!! But what I wasn't expecting was that this book made me think so differently about life now. I didn't realise how similar my attitude in the gym was to my attitude in life generally. It's really helped me change my life for the better

    Amazing and inspiring

    I absolutely loved this book! It was so cleverly written and Victoria was such an inspiring character, I loved the hidden meanings in the story and I took a lot away from the book and so many changes I can make to my lifestyle. It was such a gripping story and I learnt so much from reading it. I really hope there are more books! Recommend to everyone xx

    Gripping beginning!

    I've only read four chapters so far so it's only just starting to get into the events and already I am loving the book! It's so easy to read yet there are so many insights and golden nuggets on health. I feel inspired and motivated to achieve my own goals now. Can't wait to read the rest of the book!
