I initially bought this book because I'm crazy about CrossFit and the events were so cool!!!!! But what I wasn't expecting was that this book made me think so differently about life now. I didn't realise how similar my attitude in the gym was to my attitude in life generally. It's really helped me change my life for the better

It was so cleverly written and Victoria was such an inspiring character, I loved the hidden meanings in the story and I took a lot away from the book and so many changes I can make to my lifestyle.
